New accounts cannot add attachments
New accounts are not able to add attachments to their replies. They can add them in new posts. This goes for all accounts, it seems, that aren't mine. I notice also that if I enable the WYSIWYG editor on a test account, it also only changes the editor for new posts but not for replies. New channels created under my account function normally.
I've tried creating a service class that has photo and attachment upload limits and adding a test account to it, but it doesn't solve the issue, so I'm out of ideas.
